Andreev Bound States with Spin-Orbit Coupling
Magnetic Adatoms and Josephson Junctions
This thesis focuses on Andreev bound states with spin-orbit coupling. We first study the spin polarization of YSR states in systems including both a single magnetic adatom and a dimer on conventional SCs. This is followed by the investigation of RKKY and Dzyaloshinskii–Moriya interactions. In the last section, we study the splitting in the spectra of a nanowire between multichannel Josephson junctions with spin-orbit interactions.
