Implementation of dipole calculations in the Copenhagen Langevin Simulation Code for spin systems

This thesis focuses on the implementation of dipole interactions within the Copenhagen Langevin Spin Simulation Code (CLaSSiC). Prior to this work, CLaSSiC accounted for exchange interactions, but for materials exhibiting dipole-dipole interactions further development was necessary. Given that CLaSSiC has been developed collaboratively, the first objective of this thesis is to compile and validate all current modifications of CLaSSiC. The second objective is to provide a theoretical framework for the implementation of dipole calculations in CLaSSiC, serving as a guide for future students. In summary, this thesis consolidates and validates CLaSSiC developments to a central repository and establishes a theoretical foundation for its continued enhancement.
