Statistical Analysis of Ballistic Junctions in Hybrid $\mathrm{InAs_{1-x}Sb_x}$/Al Nanowires
Abstract:

Electrical characterization of in-situ fabricated junctions of hybrid superconducting-semiconducting (SU-SE) nanowires is performed. Junction morphology is correlated with electron transport properties on Al half-shelled $InAs_{1-x}Sb_{x}$ nanowires with composition rate of x = 0.7. The conventional wet etching method is compared to remark the reproducibility rate of the in-situ junctions. Ballistic transport is observed in multiple cases, highlighting the high-quality junction properties. We investigate magnetic field effects from the spin-orbit coupling by the weak anti-localization effect, and we demonstrate evidence of Shubnikov - de Haas like oscillations.
