Probing correlations and nonlocal conductance in Majorana wires
In this thesis we present the recent findings on semiconductor-superconductor hybrid nanowires in the search for Majorana zero modes. We extend the development of selective area grown structures as a platform for topological networks. Developed techniques on this platform to probe density of states at both ends of a nanowire simultaneously by tunneling spectroscopy are presented and evaluated. With these techniques we probe correlations in local and nonlocal conductance on both ends at varying nanowire lengths, giving insight into the extend of bound states inside these wires.
