Maxwell demon in an electronic circuit

Synopsis: I discuss our experiments on a single-electron circuit, which
demonstrate about k_BT ln (2) energy harvesting from the bath in each
operation cycle. I also discuss our plans for future experiments on
quantum thermodynamics.
